Leading North American Water Treatment Company has several opportunities in a newly established Canadian/Chinese joint venture in Residential Water Treatment manufacturing, assembly and product development located in Beilun, Ningbo China as follows:

General Manager

Having a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing and/or product development in the Water Treatment Industry, the ideal candidate possesses a University Degree and will be responsible for “Hands-On” management of the Joint Venture including Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Administration, and Domestic/Asia sales.  The GM will be required to travel and work closely with our Canadian Management and Engineering Team, Suppliers and Customers.  Fluent in Manadarin and English is required.

Product Development Engineer

Minimum 2 years experience in Product Development preferably in the Water Treatment Industry.  The ideal candidate will have a university degree in engineering with experience in CAD design & engineering software, developing prototypes, product testing and manufacturing processes and applications.  Fluent in Mandarin is required, English is an asset.

Manager, Manufacturing & Assembly

Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Processes, Product Procurement and Factory management preferably in the Water Treatment Industry.  The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product Engineers and must have a University Degree or equivalent work experience, and be “hands on” in establishing effective manufacturing processes for new and existing products in a quality environment. Fluent in Mandarin is required, English is an asset.
