Every water bottle supplied is checked for fit and finish, and undergoes automated checks for weight, top load strength and leaks. Additionally, random bottles from each production shift are selected for drop testing at full capacity, three times from four feet. This adds up to a water bottle that looks great and can provide you with an alternative to polycarbonate water bottles that enhance your good reputation with your customers.

Testing
Our copolyester HOD water bottles have been subjected by independent laboratories to taste & odour testing (all odour and flavour characteristics) and extractable testing for the following:
1. Analysis for VOC’s - All volatile organic compounds
2. Analysis of aldehydes - All aldehydes including acetaldehyde
3. Analysis for deleterious substances (USA Testing)
